1) To register for the first time click here
2) Fill in your details and wait for your email, then you are ready to add your details

How to add your details
1) When you have joined and click the confirmation email, you are then ready to sign login
2) When you have have signed in – click “WRITE” then “POST”
3) Add your title in the title box
4) Add you text information in the next box
5) In Categories select most suitable categories
6) Click publish and then click save
