we require two rooms<one single and ONe TRIPLE.
From the 23rd dec 10 to 5th Jan 2011.
Rooms must have balconies.

Nice website, currently ( Dec-Feb ) is high season,and we are very competetive at 700bt,per room, per night.Monthly rate is 12,000bt.The bar below is quiet,and very good to talk to the friendly local ex-pats,who have many interesting stories and good advice.
We are away from the traffic,and noise of the city centre,which is within easy reach,by taxi,10 bt.
Key-card entrance,and cctv surveillance,24 hour resident security,and a large roof-garden,to relax,and enjoy the vista.

Information for travelers.If you arrive at Subrhwannibhum airport,I can recommend the bus service.Taxi drivers will usually overcharge you,asking for 1800bt plus.The taxi / limo service (they will greet you inside the airport)they will ask you for 2000bt plus.
If you go to the road outside the airport,look for the SHUTTLE bus service, it is a 5 minute ride, free, to the bus station,and from there you can go to any destination,in Thailand for about 125 bt.The taxi service in the basement of the airport charge 50 bt booking fee,and will cost you about 1000bt,(if he puts the meter on,it will be about 850bt)
