  I’ve stayed at this guest house on more than 1 occasion now
  as the rooms are very clean, the staff are very helpful
  the the location is superb, as for the room it’s self the air con was fine and the bed was jus right the staff went out of their way to make my stay a perfect 1 and of course so that i stay there again which i will, it doesn’t have a swimming but that don’t apply to me any ways there’s to c in pattaya than water definately value for money that i paid. its a little tricky to find if you don’t know soi 3 but its in little culde sac jus off soi 3 near 2nd road there is also another guest house which as opened up which do a full english breakfast very nice i might add.

  Had an amazing 2 month holiday, Staying in the Siam Guesthouse. All the staff was more than happy to help me out with every need. i’m sure to be returning and without a doubt will be checking back in to the siam guesthouse. ‘around the corner’ bar was the icing on the cake. after a night out on the town it was lovely to wake up and have one of the best fry-ups in pattaya. One of the owners of the guesthouse was excellent and he took me out and showed me the ropes to the town. Would highly recommend staying in the Siam Guesthouse and will guarantee a pleasent holiday. Enjoy

  Around the Corner Bar & Siam Guest House Accommodation – Soi 3 Beach Road.

  6 lads occupied the accommodation at above for 1 month over Xmas & NY 2010/11. We stayed in 3 rooms at Around the Corner Bar & 3 rooms at the Siam.   The rooms are reasonably priced with room safe & girl friendly. A bonus was the anytime free use of the computers for surfing the web, they also have free Wi-Fi. Staff were very obliging to help which made the stay more pleasant. Graham the manager is friendly, helpful & his knowledge & guidance on everything Pattaya was invaluable that made a difference to our holiday.

  The location is good for accessing the beach, drinking street, Soi 6, 7 & 8 and the circular bhat bus ride is available at either end of the Street. So getting to and from Walking Street was also easy. It’s an ideal hub to access all parts of Pattaya.

  A testament to my report is that we have booked the same accommodation next year.
  I would recommend this place for their hospitality, rooms, price & location.

  I stayed at the Siam Guest House Pattaya, it is as it says, no problems, no missunderstandings. Recommend staying at the Siam Guesthouse
