Studio Apartment

The studio apartments are similar to “efficiency apartments” in the USA, and are normally for stays of one complete month or more. There is a separate stairway entrance to these attractive studios

The bedroom and living room and kitchenette are combined to form an attractive suite with a separate bathroom, and the studio has a completely private, separate entrance. Cool tiles throughout, with air conditioning and a fan, plus a built in safe for your security.

Cable TV with 32 channels, CNN, BBC, German and English channels, plus all the sports you can fit in to your schedule. And to keep in touch with family and friends – International Direct Dialing right from your room.

Your home away from home, with all the attractions of Pattaya just a few minutes walk from your front door.

Junior Suite Apartment

Many of our guest ask to have a unit available which is in the luxury class between the VIPs unit and the Deluxe units.

So we have chosen two units and upgraded them considerably with new furniture, lighting system, new doors a private area at the rear Balcony,
These units are 60 sqm floor space and designed for the more demanding traveler.

Garden Apartment

Nong Apartment on the request of many of our guest made some changes to four Apartments so they are now have a private garden as well. This area is for sunbathing, relaxing etc. and can not be accessed from the outside, only though the Apartment.

The unit is separated from his neighbor with sound proof wall. The front of the Garden Apartment’s are separated with palm trees and flowers. The Apartment have new furniture, larger Refrigerators and a new lighting system.

These units are very comfortable for two people.

Penthouse

There is a built in safe for your valuables, and comfortable, easy care furniture, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils etc. Everything you need to make yourself at home, with friendly staff to respond promptly to your every need – just call if you would like a freshly prepared meal or a cool drink. Or stroll down to the coffee shop and help yourself from the cooler.
